How to get my lawyers sue the embassy?

Hi, I am from Singapore and my exhusband had made Turkish passports by forging my signature, the mother, at the Turkish embassy in Singapore. He then absconded my 2 kids to Turkey. How do I get my lawyers to sue the embassy or get them to surrender the passport application documents to get the Singapore police to investigate the forgery? Any suggestions and also how to get my kids back?

1. Lawyers have little influence with diplomats. Best suggestion? Hire someone to go to Turkey and kidnap your kids.
2. Generally, embassies are outside the jurisdiction of the host country. You will have to contact your nation's Ministry of State to investigate.
3. In the U.S., the State Department is the main investigative branch for passport issues. Start with the equivalent in Turkey. Having a lawyer bring a lawsuit against an embassy is not going to be very useful. I'm sure the Turkish embassy in Singapore didn't know he was forging the signatures - that's what you would have to prove in oder to sue them. You said that you are from Singapore - if you are a citizen there, contact your nearest Singapore embassy and get some guidance from them on how to get your children back.
