How do Traffic Lawyers find out about your tickets?

After you get a ticket in florida, your mailbox gets swamped with lawyer advertisements. I was in an accident and both of us got tickets. How do I do what these traffic lawyers do and find out what ticket the other guy got?

1. They pay people everyday to get that information at the police department or the city. Public information. That's how a lot of Lawyers make their money.

3. Traffic tickets are public record.
4. THEY HAVE PEOPLE ON STAFF THAT STAY AT THE COURTHOUSE EVERYDAY LIKE BAR FLIES BECAUSE UNFORTUNATELY IT IS PUBLIC RECORD.
