2. it creates incentive for the populus to invent new things with the prospect of retainable wealth. This motivation coupled with the trust their hard work will be protected by laws can exponentially increase the development of nations. However, in my opinion, trust is the key factor here..
3. too bad!!! here in the southeast asia... people dont respect that right!!! wahaha... there are DVDs that sell for around $1... it doesnt help!!! only one or two company will get rich and left the others deprived of selling the smae product/ service... and the prices of that product is gonna be sooo expensive!!! not really good for the economy as a whole!!!
