What is the craziest law you have heard of that still applies?

In Costa Rica there is a law that if you steal something under $400 US there is no jail time.People are robbed left and right and the cops can care less.And YES - is a law.What is the craziest law you have heard of?

1. In Ohio, it is illegal to fish for whales on sunday and it is also illegal to get a fish drunk.
2. In Mesquite, Texas it is illegal for kids to have unusual haircuts. In Oklahoma, you can be arrested for making ugly faces at a dog. ( What if it's an ugly dog...?) In France, it is against the law to sell an "E.T" doll. They have a law forbidding the sale of dolls that do not have human faces.
3. In Oregon it's against the law to harass a fish.
