Public Comments

  1. I think they are justified

  3. They protect people's original ideas from exploitation, and so are justified. Use Yahoo or Google to find out more.
  4. You can get detailed information on this topic on WTO official site. Yes,I feel it should be approved. But there is an another poit of view to it too.On the name of IPR the developed world is exploiting or victimizing the third world by adopting different standards. To apply the true spirit of WTO,IPR should be approved for the promotion of international trade in real sense.
  5. After the Globalization the world has became a small village and their is Security for your intellect. Its justified.
  6. It depends on what you want. If you want to be an artist or scientist, they are not justified. If you want to be a trader or crafstman, they are. It's about your level of humanity. For example, if you charge copyright for a story you wrote, you are not an artist but a businessman. Or take Einstein as an example: he did not invent the theory of relativity to make money on it. He never claimed property rights for it. Do you think he was stupid? Or wise? It all depends on your answer.
