what is Strong Intellectual Property?

when we talk about Intellectual Property, there always become strong IP, but I can't found any information about how to defination of "Strong Intellectual Property". What is Strong IP? How to evaluate?

  1. Can't say I've ever heard of "strong" intellectual property.
  2. It's not clear who "we" is - but perhaps you mean strong intellectual property protection...which could take the form of proper registrations. Alternatively, some trademarks are considered stronger than others by virtue of the classification of the mark - unique, for example, as opposed to descriptive.
