3. Yes, People should have the right to claim as their own the things that they create.
4. With moderation it can be a positive law. It is too restrictive as it is now. There should be shorter time limits and more opportunity for public use.
5. Yes. It allows people to make a living from their creativity. Those that oppose merely wish to steal due to having no talent or intelligence to create on their own.
