lawyers and barrister work is outstanding boundary laws change and barrister can apply his work in any state?

Individaul state and country laws that affect lawyers and barrister work in different states and countrys as there is no boundary state or country law for a lawyer of barrister of law that understands the law itself .A degree in law teaches a lawyer to understand even international law.When a lawyer or barrister can work in an international law case there is no boundary of state line in there country that can stop them practising law.Lawyers ,barrister's and money as lawyer's want money payed in way that starts a case and in different finiancial situations a client is able to offer ligitimate binding contracts that apply to what they own like a house to pay for there court, lawyer ,barrister and courts costs and a lawyer and barrister can never lose money this way as the house can be placed on the market straight away to pay there cost's and money left returned to client.Lawyers and barrister have to understand how to make money as well in a way of contract to help themselves.
