Lawyers????
i want to become a lawyer and i want to know how much they pay a year? is there anyone on here that is a lawyer or knows? i particularly want to become a Family Lawyer so how much does that pay? Does anyone know what A levels i should take and how many to get into this type of career?? Does anyone recommend any good colleges, Universities or Law schools?

- Hopefully they don't pay anything, but they get paid in return. I'd research law schools in general near you or do a internet search for popular law schools, then research their programs and see which one best fits you. Also look into the LSAT as that is a requirement for law school. Also the school you want to attend my depend on your current financial reserves.

- You can find out more info on the Connexions web-site (Jobs4U section). The term 'lawyer' is a generic term, not a job title. You would need to consider whether to become a solicitor or a barrister. There are no specific A'level requirements, although A'levels involving some degree of research and written presentation skills would be an advantage. The most important thing is focussing on A'levels that you are going to do well in - you will need strong A'level grades!
