Intellectual Property Law

Can biblical law actually be obeyed, or is it a mission imposible; only an imperfect counter part in a shew?

Curse of the law (paraphrased): if any try & fail to keep all the law all the time, then all are accursed thereby; and penalty for law imputed sin is death, to all if any try & fail to keep it all. Jesus, Paul, and James seem to note: if you breach one jot or tiddle of law, you have as much as breached all the law, and become guilty as hell of sin thereby. Paul says law is: a ministration of death: 2Cor 3:7 a ministration of condemnation: 3:9 essentially the put off to put away God did NOT send his Son to condemn(law): Jn 3:17 Law worketh wrath: Rom 4:15 God hath NOT appt'd us unto wrath(law): 1Thes 5:9 Only condition of Abrahamic covenant is: be perfect (also merciful: Mt 5:48; Lk 6:36) Law canNOT make comers thereunto perfect, since it is faulty, fault-finding: Hebrews Law isn't perfect nor merciful, but corruptible. Perhaps biblical reason "eternal salvation" is "through Jesus -> Christ", is because "Christ" thereof is "the end of the law". Comment

  1. Through grace I am now able to obey it.
  2. Kinda a self explanatory question..at the end huh?... Paul does show that the law was not made for man to obey to make himself right with God the law was made so that men would know sin existed ....because without the knowledge of the law there is no sin..but when knowledge of the law comes sin revives and we die Romans 7:7-9...see verse 13 also... so Paul by the Holy Ghost stated that the keeping of the law was never the way to bring salvation .. So the end of the Law..which is the payment itself....of sin by the blood that was shed..completes the cycle...of a man that sinned and a man that payed for that sin... we would have never known that had it not been for the law revealed...God bless
  3. WHERE DO YOU COME UP WITH SUCH HOGWASH. GOD IS GOD TRUTH IS TRUTH IF YOU HAD THE HOLY GHOST YOU PROBABLY WOULD UNDERSTAND THE WORD AND WOULDNT HAVE TO ASK SUCH COMPLICATED QUESTIONS.
  4. "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." Ofcourse.. Christians have to make all things that Jesus said and things written in the Bible.. that is not because we are good people or we are angels.. but that is because old thinks are passed away , all things are become new.. there is a new life you live because of the holy spirit which live inside you and guide all your life and tries to win against our old life ( life of flesh ) and that is till Jesus come again..
  5. Sounds like you are asking a question to make a statement. The answer to your question by the way is yes the "law" can be obeyed. You are also not comprehending what a Mitvah is.
  6. Fortunately God made it simple. Follow his laws, follow Jesus teachings......Go and make desciples as you were told to do, knock on doors and teach about God's Kingdom. Wonderful examples of what can be done are found in Acts of the Apostles........THEY were christians.
  7. There are still requirements, but yeah, you've got it. Remember when Jesus was asked what the greatest law was? He answered to love the Lord God with all your strength all your mind and all your heart(or close to this). This is still the best you can do for you. God is forgiving and Christ is the Way to forgiveness and therefore salvation, but these old Testament principals are still in effect. For the best life possible, live as close to the Old Testament requirements as you can. Take on the New Testament guidelines for the new life you have in Jesus Christ.
  8. you seem to have the gist of it. Law is designed to reveal you as a sinner (fail in cov of works) and point you to mercy/grace. Nobody keeps it. Covenent of works v Covenent of grace. Take your pick.
  9. The law is like an ember in the dark. Darkness makes us see it glow. If we know and believe in Christ, we shine like the sun. Our brightness turns night into day. The ember looses its glow.
  10. It is mission impossible if you live without the Holy Spirit. Read 1 Corinthians 2:6-16
