Biblical law? Even if someone kept it all, would it make them righteous?

Matthew 19:20 - a young man had kept all laws mentioned, the 6th mentioned being love thy neighbor, but he still had lack. Romans 9:31 - Israel (of Jacob-->Israel) zealously followed after law, but hath not attained to the righteousness of law. Deuteronomy: The curse of the law suggests if anyone tries and fails to keep all the law all the time, unto a thousand generations, then all are accursed. 2Corinthians 3:7 If law is also the ministration of death, then keeping all law would result in a dead end, even extinction. Colossians 2:20 seems to concur by using of laws all perish. Many say Jesus kept all the law, or fulfilled the law; But many verses indicate what made jews mad was he broke the law. Matthew 24:21 seems to indicate JC neither obeyed nor disobeyed law, but rather gave it no place, by saying of great tribulation: it was not since time began, no, nor ever shall be. John 1:17 seems to indicate grace & truth came by JC as comparion to law & lie of Moses John 3:17 says God did not send his Son to condemn(law) the world; And 2Cor3:9 says the law ministrates condemnation, and is to be done away. John 5:45 flat out says law is accuser of the brethren, and JC would not do this. Jesus was made under the law; Yet Christ is the end of the law. Eternal salvation is through Jesus-->Christ. If led of the Spirit (Rom & Gal): Ye are not under law, but grace. Ye are not under Jesus, but Christ. Galatians 5:4 If justified by law, then fallen from grace. If justified by Jesus, Christ of no effect. Which things are an allegory: Gal 4 The kingdom of heaven is like leaven, so then seek first the kingdom of God: seems to indicate the KofH isn't KofG. God's right-eousness isn't your right, which is described as bloody rags; So seek first his righteousness is perhaps not the better of law vs law, but grace which is above such war in heaven.

1. following the law wont get them into heaven if they haven't asked jesus into their heart
2. If there were a way to heaven from keeping the Law, Jesus would not have had to die for us. He did. I believe it's James that says that you can't keep the law perfectly, no matter how you try, and he who breaks one point of the law is guilty of all the law. God isn't vindictive; he wouldn't have done the Crucifixion and Resurrection if the Law were enough.
3. u cant follow all the laws cause they contradtict themselves especially if you dont diferentiate bet old testament laws and new testament laws. so yeah in most churches they follow the new testament laws which are the laws of JC. but that still dont make them righteous if they dont believe what they doin.
4. Jesus did fulfil the Law, and he certainly never broke it. The problem was that the Jews, and in particular the religious leaders, had added to the Law given to Moses, rather like some religions do with the Bible today. It was their additions to the original Law code that Jesus broke, not the Law as given to Moses itself. That's why Jesus said what he said to the Scribes and Pharisees in Matthew 15 when they challenged him over it. 1Then some Pharisees and teachers of the law came to Jesus from Jerusalem and asked, 2"Why do your disciples break the tradition of the elders? No We are saved by grace by faith which works through love The 10 Commandments God gave through Moses are not abolished but intensified by Christ God did not reveal lies but the Law and Prophets must be interpreted in the light of Christ through Mosaic and Apostolic tradition and by the authoritative Church, the Catholic Church.
6. If it were possible to keep the Law in every respect; both thought and deed then yes it would make you righteous. But in reality the law is there to show us how far short we fall of God's holy requirements.
7. He did keep the Law perfectly. The Jewish leaders accused Him of breaking the Law, but it was only their interpretations, not the spirit and true intent of the Law. And no, the Law won't save anyone, because it is impossible to keep it perfectly.
8. When they mean the law, they are talking about the Sabbath; He healed someone on the Sabbath. Jesus did fulfill the law/commandments of God.. It would've been impossible for Him to break the Law of God, seeing that He & the Father are one in the same. Being a law keeper doesn't make on righteous. Being repentant, loving God & others, having faith, being obedient, having the fruits of the spirit, & having the hope & faith that Christ died for your sins that you might have life. Attaining righteousness is a work in progress, you should make strides & gains in it daily. No, it will not make you perfect, but you might be assured that God is pleased with you. And there is no lie of Moses. Just because you're under grace, does not give you permission to sin freely---that's a misconception brought on by Satan.
