  1. Federal offense - crossed state lines.
  2. I am assuming that this is a residential house. the charges would be classified as a robbery. the robber could be charged with braking and entering, trespassing on private property, robbery, and possession of stolen property (if the money was recovered).
  3. It is a felony. Under Virginia Law, it carries a minimum sentence of one year. However, it can be pleaded down to a lesser offense if your fiance makes restitution to the victim. He needs to consult an attorney as soon as possible.
  4. RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY...SO HE DIDN'T STEAL IT HE JUST GOT IT FROM SOMEONE WHO DID RIGHT?......PROBABLY CAN PLEAD IT OUT TO A MISDEMEANOR IF THAT'S THE CASE UNLESS HE WAS PART OF THE ROBBERY........
  5. Larceny of anything worth over $250 is a felony.
