what rights do you have when your property is stolen at a daycare?

my child had some personal property stolen from them at the daycare and of course no one is accepting responsiblity for the theft. can i make the daycare liable.

1. OH GOODNESS. THAT SOUNDS BAD! WHAT DiD THEY TAKE? DEFFiNiTLY TAKE THEM TO COURT, THATS THiEFT!
2. No you cant when signing the release forms for your child to be kept there you are also taking responsiblility for other childrens actions upon yours. also remember that whatever was stolen is probably easily replaceable or the child will forget about soon enough.
3. depends on the policy. you can file a police report.
