criminal possession of stolen property 5th?

i found a id card which has meal points on it. its basically a debit card. i used it and was arrested by the campus police. i have a court date for criminal possession of stolen property. the juice was $2.10 this is my second time first time i got petty larceny for a $500 painting. whats gonna happen to me at court?!?!? please bros and sisters i dont wanna go to jail!

1. You seem to have a habit of taking things that aren't yours. Where else would you suggest society put you for a time out? Nobody here can tell you what's going to happen to you because nobody here knows your criminal history, the state you're in, what you've been charged with, or what potential defenses are available to you. I'd say the range of possibilities are anywhere between nothing and life in prison.
2. You want to steal, but you don't want to go to jail. Sorry, that's not how it works.
3. You should have thought about that before hand. It is clear that you need to change you ways. For a second charge, I hope they give you some time in the clink to think about things. Obvioulsy you didn;t learn the first time.
4. I suggest stealing somebody's wallet, then hiring a lawyer... Just kidding.. But seriously do hire a lawyer..
