Does anyone know where I can get a non disclosure agreement drawn up for my website for cheap?

I am looking to have a non disclosure agreement made to protect the intellectual property of my website. I have a standard NDA now but it does not have information in fairness to what is public disclosure on our website, or what can be already viewed and learned by becoming a member of our site. Our potential investor has asked us to draw up a new NDA, but I cant afford to pay a lawyer $500 to write another NDA.. any suggestions are greatly appreciated..

1. http://www.elance.com All my business needs have been met here, put up your job and you're guaranteed to have 3-4 providers fighting over you, they bid on your work. I had a warranty and terms of service done for $350, the NDA would probably run you around $100. Maybe less. Good luck.
