Is there any lawyer out there willing to sue California Department of Vocational Rehabilitation pro bono?

The mandatory exemplary damages payout is cumulatively atstronomical because several state employees broke several state & federal laws. I really think that a good lawyer can convince a court to prosecute criminal charges against these people. I'm talking: Gross Negligence; Proffessional Negligence; Indifference To The Facts; Destroying Evidence of a Crime; Obstructing Evidence of a Crime; Misrepresenting Evidence; Misrepresenting Information; Fraud, Libel and Slander. But there's more, according to a California lawbook I read, it all amounts to OPPRESSION! Wow! This can make it to the U.S. Supreme Court! This may be the first ever charge of Theft of Intellectual Property tied to Discrimiation on The Basis of Disability, The Disability of Mental Illness! So, state employees at rehab think they can steal some crazy guy's inventions and nobody will ever beleive him since they've cleaned up their tracks all the way up to Sacramento and the Board of Appeals' Fair Hearing.
